不可抗力Force Majeure:一旦发生不可抗力造成迟装运或不能交货，卖方可延长交货时间或者解除合同的部分，但卖方必须在十四天内通知买方并提交买方可接受的公证机构出具的不可抗力事件的证明。如果不可抗力事件持续超过四个星期，买方有权解除合同。 In case of late deliverynon-delivery due to Force Majeure the time of shipment might be duly extendedalternatively a partwhole of this contract might be cancelled but the Seller shall advise the Buyer of the occurrence mentioned above send to the Buyer for its acceptance a certificated issued by the surveying institute the accident occurs as evidence there of with 14 days. In case the accident lasts for more than 4 weeks the Buyer shall have the right to cancel this contract. | |||
